The managed hosting that we provide has uptime rates of over 99%, but there is always the possibility of a server glitch or unanticipated down time. No. Web-plicity sites are all built by human developers in the United States. You will work with a human project manager for all questions and website edits for the length of your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at anytime in your user account or contact us to submit a cancellation request. Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation email. All future monthly charges will stop, and your website will stop working on your renewal date.
